For over 26 years, Dr. Maggio has been an unwavering pillar of the Wilmington, North Carolina community, where he has positively impacted countless lives through his chiropractic expertise. Proficient in a range of methodologies, including Gonstead, Chiropractic Biophysics, and Diversified techniques, he places patient well-being and holistic health at the forefront of his practice.

As the current President of the Carolina Chiropractic State Association, he ardently advances chiropractic care, advocating for legislative reforms and professional growth. In addition, he serves as the esteemed North Carolina representative in the International Chiropractic Association’s Representative Assembly.
